Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms govern every aspect of your interaction with the service.

Account Registration & Security

Violations may result in suspension or termination.
User-Generated Content
All content you submit—text, images, or other materials—remains your property but is licensed non-exclusively to the service for hosting, displaying, and distributing. You warrant you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify the service against any third-party claims arising from your content.
Pricing & Payments
Certain features require payment of fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features.
Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto-renewal settings in your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are given for partial billing cycles.
Modifications & Updates
The service may add, modify, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when practicable. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised service. No compensation is due for modifications or discontinuations.
Suspension & Termination
The service may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. Notice of suspension or termination will be provided when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials related to the service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. You are granted only a limited, revocable license to use the service. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or to courts of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
